Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using the tayod platform. By registering an account or placing any wager, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
Last Updated: January 1, 2026Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User", "you", "your") and tayod ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the tayod online gaming platform available at https://tayod.cam. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

| "Wagering Requirement" | The total betting turnover a User must complete before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required under our compliance framework. |
| "Game of Chance" | Any game available on the Platform in which outcomes are determined wholly or in part by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). |
| "Sports Bet" | A wager placed on the outcome of a real-world sporting event, including but not limited to football, badminton, and MotoGP fixtures. |
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the tayod Platform. By completing the registration process, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. tayod reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any time to verify this representation. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.
The tayod Platform is operated and marketed primarily for users residing in Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you are a resident of Indonesia and that your use of the Platform does not violate any law applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing online gaming services is lawful in your location.
Each individual may hold only one Account on the tayod Platform. Opening multiple Accounts to circumvent restrictions, claim duplicate bonuses, or for any other reason is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity card number (NIK), active email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. tayod will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
All Accounts on the tayod Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in IDR. tayod does not currently offer multi-currency accounts.
tayod will never send unsolicited requests for your password, one-time PIN (OTP), or banking credentials. Any communication purporting to be from tayod that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
tayod accepts deposits from the following Indonesian banking institutions: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Deposits are typically credited to your Account in real time. tayod does not charge deposit fees, though your bank may apply its own inter-bank transfer fees for certain transfer methods.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified Indonesian bank account registered on your tayod profile. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed during banking hours (08:00–16:00 WIB, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Most withdrawals are completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours under normal operating conditions. Weekend withdrawal requests are queued and processed on the next banking business day. tayod does not guarantee specific processing times and expressly disclaims liability for delays caused by third-party banking systems.
tayod operates a zero-tolerance policy toward payment fraud, including chargebacks, reverse transactions, and the use of payment methods not belonging to the Account holder. If fraudulent financial activity is detected, the Account will be suspended immediately and all associated funds frozen pending investigation.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the tayod Platform are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
New Users who make thei r first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a Welcome Bonus as detailed on the tayod promotions page. Bonus Funds credited under the Welcome Bonus are subject to a wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal may be made. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, after which any unused Bonus Funds will be forfeited automatically.
tayod periodically offers seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural occasions such as Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and the Ramadhan fasting month. These promotions carry their own specific terms and validity periods, which are published on the relevant promotion detail page at the time of the offer.
The tayod Platform offers the following categories of gaming entertainment: live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger), certified slot machines from providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw games, sports betting markets including bandar bola (sportsbook wagering) on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League, as well as mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator betting) and e-sports markets.
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game type and market. Current limits are displayed within the game interface or betting slip at the time of placing a wager. tayod reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
tayod reserves the right to void any bet placed under the following circumstances:
In the event a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the User's Account Balance at no charge.
All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG technology or by official real-world event results as reported by authorised data providers. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result or bet settlement, you must contact tayod support within 7 calendar days of the result being posted. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.
As part of our compliance framework and commitment to responsible gaming, tayod requires all Users to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests or upon reaching cumulative deposit thresholds. Required documents include:
KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of all required documents being submitted correctly. tayod will notify you by email once your verification is approved or if additional information is required.
If a User fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of being requested, tayod reserves the right to restrict Account functionality, including suspending withdrawal privileges, until verification is completed. Persistent failure to verify may result in Account termination.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tayod Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential legal action:

All content on the tayod Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, software, source code, text, and multimedia content — is the exclusive property of tayod or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of tayod.
tayod endeavours to maintain 99.9% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical issues, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, government action, or telecommunications failures.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tayod shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including gambling losses, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit.
tayod integrates third-party services including game providers, payment processors, and data feed suppliers. tayod accepts no liability for errors, delays, or failures originating from these third-party services, including but not limited to delayed bank transfers through BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri networks, or game malfunctions caused by provider-side technical issues.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, tayod's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arose.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting tayod support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, tayod will process any outstanding verified withdrawal to your registered bank account and close the Account within 5 business days, provided no active investigation is pending.
tayod reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon Account termination, any remaining real-money Balance (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds and fees) will be returned to the User's verified bank account within 10 business days, unless the termination was due to confirmed fraudulent or prohibited activity, in which case the Balance may be forfeited in full.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the internal policies of tayod. tayod operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. tayod makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction beyond its primary Indonesia-focused market.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation with our support team may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
tayod reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Users via email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure.
Version Control: These Terms & Conditions were last reviewed and updated on January 1, 2026. The version in effect on the date of any dispute shall be the version applicable to that dispute.
